HISTORY

1920

The original site of the Geelong Returned Sailors and Soldiers Woollen and Worsted Cooperative Manufacturing Company is established, opened by Prime Minister Billy Hughes

1970

Geelong Dyeing is established servicing the textile industry both domestically and internationally

2021

Geelong Textiles & Geelong Dyeing become Geelong Textiles Australia

2023

Instyle Contract Textiles and Colan Australia jointly acquire Geelong Textiles & rebrand to LoomTex to rejuvenate & reposition the weaving & dyehouse manufacturer towards a stronger future and legacy
